My favourite chef

You can say that Adrian Hamilton Merrill is my favourite chef because he cooks for lots of Metal bands like Goat whore, Cannibal Corpse , Lamb of god , Behemoth etc.

This is a recipe from him

Tiramisu

10 large eggs, separated & room temperature
1 cup sugar
250 ml strong coffee/espresso
2 oz Cointreau
2 oz Brandy
500 g Mascarpone Cheese, room temperature
2 pkgs Lady Fingers (you know, those Italian cookie-like things...)

  1. Whisk egg whites to a stiff peak; chill immediately
  2. Whisk yolks, coffee/espresso and sugar together over a double-boiler until it reaches the ribbon stage
  3. Whisk cheese into sabayon mixture (do not remove from heat)
  4. Fold egg whites into sabayon
  5. Transfer to a glass baking pan with lady finger cookies soaked in coffee as your base, forming layers of sabayon & lady fingers
  6. Chill at least 2 hrs before serving
